Way better than democracy

There are 3 major social groups. Only one of them is capable to create productive government. And historically this group was never allowed into politics.

Divided by money

It is not about politics, it is about people which are able to claim and hold power.

We have 3 major groups divided by income.

1. Capitalists – earn interest from their capital. Only care about ROI.

2. Entrepreneurs – earn from products and services they supply to the market. Care about business model and good relationship with clients.

3. Employees – earn from labour they sell to capitalists and entrepreneurs. Mainly care how to get higher salary with lower workload and how to get home earlier.

In human history entrepreneurs and employees were mostly the ones to create all the value and capitalists (feudals) were the ones to get all the profit.

Capitalists earn, employees work.

Types of value

Besides that, we also have functional division. Depending on what activity a person is engaged into.

Production – value from creation.

Services – value from knowledge, skills or equipment.

Trade – value from exchange.

Research – value from inventions.

Entertainment – value from keeping attention.

This is a cool observation which is in fact completely unrelated to the idea of this article.

Capitalists agains entrepreneurs

From 3 groups described above, only capitalists and entrepreneurs can form and support political forces. Employees are too inert and separated to claim any active role in politics.

As for now, only capitalists formed governments. And capitalism has shown one inevitable systematic flaw, which makes it dysfunctional on a long run.

Meaning that there is only one social group can form intelligent and productive government – entrepreneurs. The main challenge for entrepreneurs is how to unite into one political force and how to unite our resources.

Instead of playing the game of democracy under rules and for benefit of capitalists, entrepreneurs should finally come to comprehension that they are the only social class capable of creating adequate social order.
