Technical Matters

With this article we would like to inform you about some technical issues of working with ByCycle you could face from time to time.

 


 

1. System starts endless reloading and there is no access to data.

It may happen after we apply updates to the application. In this case use Ctrl+Shift+R and then reload the page. This after system should start working normally.

2. System seems to work but no data is visible or Calendar starts endless reloading.

It may happen after disconnection from the Internet. In this case use normal reload of the page. This after system should start working normally.

 


 

We constantly improve the work of our system and these minor issues will be fixed.
